Capture & Cling is a family-owned business based in Southwest Florida, dedicated to transforming your favorite photos into high-quality custom magnets. We take pride in helping you turn meaningful moments into keepsakes that can be displayed and enjoyed for years to come.
What products does Capture & Cling offer?
Capture & Cling specializes in custom photo magnets. We currently offer two sizes and styles: a 2” x 2” square photo magnet and a 2.25” round photo magnet. As we continue to grow, we plan to introduce more options in the future!

Do you ship internationally?
At this time, we only ship within the lower 48 states in the U.S. Unfortunately, we do not offer international shipping at this time.
How long does it take to receive my order?
We strive to process all orders on the same business day and ship them either the same day or the following morning. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day. Most orders within the U.S. arrive in less than a week.
How can I track my order?
Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. You can also opt in for SMS notifications at checkout to get real-time updates on your order status.

What should I do if my order is incorrect or damaged?
If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or incorrect, please contact us right away at Contact Us. We’ll review the issue and work with you to find the best solution.
Can I make changes to my order after placing it?
Orders are processed quickly and are considered final once placed. However, if you need to make a change, please contact us as soon as possible at Contact Us. While we’ll do our best to accommodate your request, we cannot guarantee that changes can be made once processing has begun.
What should I do if my package is delayed, lost, or stolen?
Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by factors beyond our control, such as distance, holidays, or carrier delays. If your package is delayed, please check your USPS tracking number provided in your shipping confirmation email for the most up-to-date status.
If your package is lost or stolen, we recommend contacting the shipping carrier to initiate a claim. While we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages, feel free to reach out to us at Contact Us, and we’ll do our best to assist you.
